Sweet Chilli Crispy Turkey

Quick and easy recipe to make sweet chilli crispy turkey

Jars of Tsang Sauce can be purchased online and delivered straight to your door

Makes for 2 people


80g cooked turkey breast (1cm wide strips and 8cm long)
50g yellow pepper
50g red pepper
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 jar Tsang Sweet Chilli Sauce

200g cornflour (I used gluten free) 

Prepare the turkey

  1. Cover the turkey in Tsang Sweet Chilli Sauce
  2. Then cover it in cornflour
  3. Cover a baking tray with greaseproof baking paper
  4. Spray some oil on this
  5. Spread the turkey evenly on the baking tray
  6. Spray oil over all the turkey
  7. Put it in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
  8. After 10 minutes, set this aside on some kitchen roll to soak up the oil

Cook the meal

  1. Add 2 tablespoon of oil into the wok
  2. Add in the peppers and cook to your desired texture
  3. Add in the Tsang Sweet Chilli Sauce
  4. When this is bubbling, add in the turkey
  5. Stir it all together for 5 seconds
  6. Serve with rice
