Sweet Chilli Crispy Turkey
Quick and easy recipe to make sweet chilli crispy turkey
Jars of Tsang Sauce can be purchased online and delivered straight to your door
Makes for 2 people
Ingredients:
80g cooked turkey breast (1cm wide strips and 8cm long)50g yellow pepper
50g red pepper
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 jar Tsang Sweet Chilli Sauce
200g cornflour (I used gluten free)
Prepare the turkey
- Cover the turkey in Tsang Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Then cover it in cornflour
- Cover a baking tray with greaseproof baking paper
- Spray some oil on this
- Spread the turkey evenly on the baking tray
- Spray oil over all the turkey
- Put it in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes, set this aside on some kitchen roll to soak up the oil
Cook the meal
- Add 2 tablespoon of oil into the wok
- Add in the peppers and cook to your desired texture
- Add in the Tsang Sweet Chilli Sauce
- When this is bubbling, add in the turkey
- Stir it all together for 5 seconds
- Serve with rice
